Job Description: 

As a Steel Work Designer at Reds10, you will be responsible for designing steel structures that meet project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are both practical and cost-effective. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering structurally sound and innovative steelwork solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • As a Steelwork Designer at Reds10 you will develop detailed steelwork designs and drawings using industry-standard software. 
  • You will also collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure designs meet project requirements and constraints. 
  • You will perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety and compliance with relevant codes and standards. 
  • Prepare detailed fabrication drawings and specifications for steelwork components. 
  • Another role in this job is to review and approve design drawings and specifications from subcontractors and suppliers. 
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical support. 
  • You will participate in design reviews and project meetings to provide technical input and updates. 
  • Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. 
  • Lastly you will continuously improve design processes and stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
