Social Value
We exist to help everyone live, learn and thrive in amazing spaces.
Our motivation and impact goes beyond projects. We are passionate about doing things that positively impact our people, our business, our clients and their customers and communities that we live and work in.

Social Value Report 2024
Our focus this year has been to create genuine pathways to encourage new routes to entry for our industry.
Since our foundation in 2008, we’ve always been interested in giving back and have done our best to do so, through:

K10 Apprenticeships
Launched as a social enterprise by our Chairman, Paul Ruddick, K10 are London’s largest construction-specific Apprenticeship Training Agency (ATA).
K10’s aim is to place our learners in sustainable employment within construction projects in their home boroughs. To do this, we collaborate with government, local referral organisations, local authorities, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, colleges and more, to deliver apprenticeship and traineeship programmes specifically designed to upskill London residents.

CRASH – Construction Industry’s Charity
We are proud to be one of the Patrons of CRASH, a unique, practical charity that assists homelessness and hospice charities with construction related projects, creating places that care for people. Through collaboration with its patrons, who donate expertise, materials and time, CRASH aims to create spaces that contribute towards positive attitudes in those that need it the most.

Hull City Ladies FC
We became Principal & Community partner to the Club in February 2022. As well as Reds10 being represented on the Club's kit, we are working closely together on our 'Breaking Down Barriers' campaign, which will see us inspire positive change in what are traditionally male-dominated industries - football and construction - through several exciting initiatives.

Community Wood Recycling
Community Wood Recycling is an award-winning network of wood recycling social enterprises providing the very best environmental option for dealing with wood waste. Their aims are to save resources by reusing and recycling waste timber and change lives by creating jobs, training and volunteering opportunities for disadvantaged people. Reds10 have been working with Community Wood Recycling on several of our education projects and we are excited about nurturing our relationship together in the years to come.

BuildForce
BuildForce is a construction industry programme, who support our service leaver and veteran community, from the Royal Air Force, British Army, Royal Navy and Royal Marines, transition into trade and professional careers within industry. The programme is nationwide and offers a compliment of services focused on pre-employment, employment, education and mental health, with a sustainable vision centring around long-term careers which are both challenging and rewarding. Reds10 has joined the BuildForce employers’ network and have already attended careers fairs, provided mentoring and even direct employment through the programme.

Constrtuction Youth Trust
Construction Youth Trust’s mission is to inspire and enable young people to overcome barriers and achieve their full career potential. They do this by connecting young people with employers and opportunities in the construction and built environment sector. Social mobility is at the heart of their work, and they prioritise working with young people from low-income backgrounds, underrepresented groups and/or those who are facing significant barriers to employment. Reds10 have built a strong relationship with Construction Youth Trust, delivering career sessions to students, focusing on different career opportunities in the industry, as well as apprenticeships, CV writing and interview skills.
