We are currently seeking a talented Building Technology Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming the construction industry.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Building Technology Engineer at Reds10, you will be at the forefront of integrating advanced technologies into our modular building projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Technology Integration: As a Building Technology Engineer at Reds10 you will lead the integration of building technologies, including smart systems, automation, and energy management solutions, into our modular constructions.
- Project Design and Development: You will be expected to collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to design and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance building performance and sustainability.
- Technical Support: You will provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring all systems are installed and functioning correctly when working as a Building Technology Engineer.
- Innovation and Research: You will stay abreast of the latest developments in building technology and sustainability practices and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our projects.
- Client Collaboration: Lastly when working as a Building Technology Engineer you will, work closely with clients to understand their technological needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BSc in Building Services / Building Technology (Automation) (Essential)
- MSc in Building Services / Building Technology (Automation) (Preferred)
- BACS Protocols such as KNX (ETS software), Modbus, BACnet with experience in Commercial, Residential and Educational projects (Preferred)
- Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced Building Services or Building Technology role within a growing business. (Preferred)
- Experience of supporting managers in both office and factory / site environments. (Preferred)
- Previous working experience with engineering design software AutoCAD (Essential), REVIT, Bluebeam, ACC (Preferred)
- UK/EU Driving Licence (Essential)
