Project Details
The Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton required an extension to its existing pharmacy provision whilst keeping the current pharmacy operational as well as the surrounding areas.
Reds10 worked directly with the NHS trust to develop a modular solution for the new pharmacy building. This involved working with the NHS Trust to ensure the detail of the cladding of the modular building matched that of the existing building and the floor levels of the existing and the new modular building were kept the same. The works also involved diversion of existing services, a new ramp and handrail and re-grading of the existing pedestrian ramp. In addition, Reds10 managed the interface / connection between the existing building and new modular extension for fire alarms, data infrastructure, controls and security systems.
By utilising Reds10 modular approach the units were dropped in and connected over a weekend which minimized any disruption to the Royal Marsden Hospital and the existing pharmacy.
Key Benefit
